About Our Paellas

All Paellas are cooked outdoors and on site in a slow process rendering for over two hours for 30-350 guests.

All our Paellas are cooked in Olive Oil with Rice, Garlic, Saffron, Tomatoes, Onions, and Red Bell Peppers.

All Paella prices include a Mediterranean Salad. The ingredients are Garden and Spinach Greens, Feta Cheese, Sliced Almonds, and Italian Dressing served with French Bread.
